Dr. Terje Gaustad is an Oslo-based academic and consultant with clients in the private and public sectors. He holds a doctoral degree (PhD) in Strategic Management from BI Norwegian Business School, where he later worked as Associate Professor, and a master (MA) in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. He is currently Associate Professor at Kristiania University College in Oslo and has extensive professional experience from the international motion picture industry.

Lukas Erni is a Switzerland-based storytelling analyst and consultant with clients in the private and public sectors, ranging from individuals to government departments. Following his studies at USC School of Cinematic Arts, widely considered the world’s best film school, he built his own film finance and production enterprise writing, directing, and producing theatrical feature films. Since 2010 he is a full time storytelling consultant and co-author of several academic papers on the subject.
